About the role
You'll operate tractors and attached implements through the season: tilling, seeding, spraying, mowing, and hauling, following field plans and application rates precisely. You'll hitch and calibrate equipment, perform daily maintenance checks, grease and fuel machines, and report mechanical issues before they become breakdowns. During peak planting and harvest you'll work long days and keep steady, accurate passes even in hour twelve.
What you will bring
You bring hands-on equipment experience, mechanical aptitude, and the patience for long solo hours in the cab. You follow safety procedures around machinery without shortcuts, take care of the equipment like it's your own, and show up dependably when the season demands it.

Required Qualifications
- Experience operating tractors or comparable heavy farm equipment
- Valid driver's licence, with a clean record an asset
- Basic mechanical skills for routine maintenance and adjustments
- Eligibility to work in Canada
