About the role

You'll run the whole operation across crops, livestock, equipment, and people. Day to day you'll plan production schedules and rotations, manage budgets and input purchasing, oversee equipment maintenance and capital planning, and lead the managers and seasonal crews who do the work. You'll monitor agronomic and financial performance, ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and make the weather-dependent judgment calls that farming demands.

You bring broad farm management experience, financial literacy to run the operation as a business, and the leadership to keep good people through demanding seasons. You're decisive under uncertainty, mechanically conversant, and current on modern production practices.
